Simple and direct calorie tracker. Highly accurate for Saud Arabian restaurants.

One of the best calorie tracking apps, and goal direction too. Very neat and clear on how to use, while also keeping your goal in sight, which is really encouraging to keep going. Also it’s deals with one of the biggest issues I faced which is tracking calories for Saudi restaurants. Most of the times the info either isn’t available or inaccurate, and this app fills that gap and becomes very helpful considering the goal.

ما شاء الله، اولًا بالتوفيق مرة الفكرة رهيبة وشكل التطبيق مرة عاجبني وسلس، بس ناقصه كم شغله ان شاء الله مع الوقت تنضاف، وفي بعض المطاعم سعراتها غلط بس الي فهمته انكم مأخذين السعرات من المطاعم نفسها.

ممتاز يحسب لك السعرات اليومية لكن يحتاج اشوي تطوير من نحاية المطاعم و اضافة سعرات الوجبات

This app curates personalized meal plans based on your weight, height and fitness. I recommend this app especially because it includes many Saudi restaurants like mama noura, where as most fitness apps do not include any local restaurants.

تركت mfp مو بس عشان أدعمكم، عشان تطبيقكم فعلاً أفضل ويتفوق من نواحي كثير. لكن ودي لو يكون الدارك مود أسود لأن منظر التطبيق البني في الوضع الداكن مزعج ودايم مانربط اللون البني بالتراب والقهوة والتراث بينما هذا تطبيق رياضي جاي شكله غريب. وإذا ودكم تخلونه بني حطو خيارات للألوان على الاقل، يعطيكم العافية

Finally a tracker that knows Saudi food

Every other calorie app makes you guess at kabsa or jareesh, or build the meal from scratch. Kilo just has them. Logging takes seconds instead of fighting the database. Macros are clear and it doesn't nag you.

لو نقدر نعدل على الارقام بعد التصوير او بعد عمل سكان للباركود راح يكون من افضل برامج احتساب السعرات

Really clean and easy to use app. I love that it includes Saudi foods and meals that other calorie trackers usually miss. Tracking macros feels fast and simple, and the design is smooth and organized. Definitely helped me stay more consistent with my nutrition goals.

Best Calorie Tracking Option in Saudi Arabia

I always had trouble trying to find the calories of the restaurants in Saudi Arabia. It would never be in any app, and if it was it would use different recipes usually from the U.S. After downloading Kilo it had everything I was amazed and so surprised with the wide variety of options as well as the details it had on all the recipes.

I’ve been working out for a while now, and part of what’s staggering my progress is macro tracking. This app does it spectacularly, very friendly UI, ease of use, and huge database with most foods!

Best Saudi Food & Restaurant Calorie Database

I have been using kilo recently and was amazed by the features the app had. The best feature i have been using is the HUGE database that features ALOT of the Saudi restaurants. I was amazed that even unpopular restaurants were also included, and that helped me to track my food as a busy guy who is not able to cook everyday.
